The challenge

Where CabFare was when we started.

Arthur had the product ready - Stripe integration, tap-to-pay backend, everything a driver needed to ditch their bulky payment terminal. But CabFare had zero users, zero brand awareness, and no marketing engine. Previous attempts at running Facebook ads in-house had burned through $3K with fewer than 20 installs.

    Tested video vs static creative. Video with a clear "ditch your terminal" message outperformed static by 3.2x on cost-per-install.

    Personalized campaigns targeting individual drivers AND fleet owners separately.

    Onboarding Redesign

    Simplified the app's first-run flow so drivers could process their first payment in under 2 minutes.

    WhatsApp + Email Nurture

    5-stage funnel re-engaging users who installed but hadn't completed onboarding.
