What does the design process look like?+
We start with a creative brief -- your goals, audience, competitive landscape, and brand guidelines. From there, we deliver 2-3 initial concepts within the first week. You pick a direction, we iterate until it is exactly right, then we deliver production-ready assets. Most projects go from brief to final delivery in 2-4 weeks.
How many revisions are included?+
Every project includes two rounds of revisions on the chosen concept direction. In practice, most clients need one round because we invest heavily in the brief stage. If scope changes during the project, we will talk about it -- no surprise invoices.
What is the typical turnaround time?+
Brand identity projects take 3-4 weeks. Website design and development runs 4-8 weeks depending on complexity. Ad creative and social assets ship in 3-5 business days. Pitch decks take 1-2 weeks. Video production varies by scope -- a 60-second explainer typically takes 3-4 weeks from script to final cut.
Can you work within our existing brand guidelines?+
Absolutely. Many of our clients come with established brand systems from their parent company or previous agency. We work within those constraints and often improve consistency across channels. Igor Roitburg at Stretto specifically praised us for meticulously adhering to strict brand guidelines.
Do you build websites or just design them?+
Both. We handle design and front-end development. Most of our SaaS clients run on Webflow, Astro, or Next.js. We deliver a live, deployed website -- not a Figma file you need to figure out how to build. If you have an existing dev team, we can hand off design specs and component libraries instead.
What video formats do you produce?+
Product demos, explainer videos, customer testimonial edits, social media clips, ad creative (static and motion), event recap videos, and founder thought leadership content. We handle scripting, storyboarding, filming coordination, editing, and post-production. Most B2B SaaS video projects are 60-90 seconds and optimized for LinkedIn and landing pages.
