Creative & Sales Assets

Sales enablement systems. Not one-off slide decks.

Sales infrastructure, not slide decks. Custom pitch decks per industry / tier / persona. Account-specific decks for Tier-1. Battle cards keyed to live competitor moves. Programmatically updated, AE-first.

Decks that update
themselves.

Templated decks, modular battle cards, ICP-specific one-pagers, account-specific Tier-1 decks. All sourced from one CMS, all programmatically updated with live data: pricing, customer counts, latest case studies.

01

AE interview + asset audit

Interview the AEs first. What they actually use, what gathers dust, what breaks the deal. Before designing anything new.

02

Per-industry / per-tier decks

Custom pitch decks by industry, tier, persona. Account-specific decks for Tier-1. Battle cards keyed to live competitor moves. ICP-specific one-pagers.

03

Programmatic updates

Assets pull live data: pricing, customer counts, latest case studies. No more rebuilding decks every quarter. Updates ship from one CMS to every asset.

What's different

Most agencies ship slide decks. We ship sales infrastructure.

Traditional agency
Decks Custom decks per industry / tier / persona. Account-specific for Tier-1. One pitch deck. Designer hands off PDF.
Battle cards Battle cards keyed to live competitor moves. Static one-pager updated quarterly.
Updates Programmatic updates. Pricing, customers, case studies pull from CMS. Rebuilt every quarter when stats change.
Source AE interviews first. Built from real usage. Designer guesses what AEs need.

Creative & Sales Assets questions

What is included in a SaaS pitch deck project?+
Every pitch deck project includes a messaging audit, competitive positioning review, narrative structure, full slide design, and a revision cycle. We start with your existing materials and sales call recordings to understand what resonates with buyers, then build a deck that follows the story arc your prospects need to hear. Deliverables include the master deck in Google Slides or PowerPoint, plus a PDF version for email sends.
How long does it take to produce sales collateral?+
Most individual assets take 5 business days from kickoff to final delivery. A full sales toolkit (deck, one-pager, 3 battle cards, case study template) typically takes 2-3 weeks. Explainer videos take 3-4 weeks depending on animation complexity. We scope timelines during the discovery call so there are no surprises.
Do you write the copy or just design?+
Both. Every project includes messaging strategy, copywriting, and design. We do not just make things look pretty. We rewrite the narrative based on what actually moves deals forward. If you already have strong copy, we will tell you and focus the effort on design and structure instead.
Can you match our existing brand guidelines?+
Yes. We work within your brand system, including fonts, colors, logo usage, and tone of voice. If your brand guidelines are outdated or inconsistent, we will flag it and can propose updates as a separate workstream. We never override your brand without permission.
What makes SaaS sales collateral different from general B2B?+
SaaS deals involve multiple stakeholders, longer evaluation cycles, and buyers who compare you against 3-5 competitors simultaneously. Your collateral needs to address the champion who sells internally, the executive who approves budget, and the technical evaluator who checks integrations. Generic one-size-fits-all PDFs do not survive a buying committee. We build assets that speak to each persona in the deal.
Do you offer ongoing retainers for sales assets?+
Yes. Many clients start with a one-time project (usually a pitch deck or full sales toolkit) and then move to a monthly retainer for ongoing asset production. Retainer clients typically get battle card updates, new case studies, seasonal deck refreshes, and ad-hoc one-pagers as their product and competitive landscape evolves.
